At Barong World, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our traditional Filipino attire and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Barong doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed Barong in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement size within 5-7 business days.
